The sole question before us is whether the Court of Appeals erred in concluding that the trial judge properly allowed the motion for summary judgment in favor of the corporate defendant, Bob King's AMC/Jeep, Inc.

The entry of summary judgment is appropriate only "if the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with the affidavits, if any, show that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact...
