PER CURIAM.
The plaintiff in the trial court having appealed an order of dismissal with prejudice and the defendant having filed a confession of error before the filing of the record in this court, therefore, in order to expedite the disposition of the cause, the order appealed is reversed and the cause is remanded to the trial court for such further proceedings as he shall find proper.
