This appeal is from a jury verdict in favor of the defendant Fairburn in the Circuit Court of Walthall County, Mississippi. Appellants, Edna and R.D. Bullock, plaintiffs below, sought compensation for damages from Fairburn arising out of a collision between the pickup truck in which they were riding and a cattle trailer which had uncoupled from a pickup truck driven by Fairburn.
