The plaintiffs Frazier appeal from an order forfeiting a grazing lease. Mr. Kern leases approximately 26,000 acres of grazing land located in Kittitas County from a Mr. Sanders, administrator for Kittitas Ranching, Inc., a corporation. Mr. Sanders places complete reliance upon Mr. Kern in the management of the range.
