Appellant, Robert Owen Bradley, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with and tried for the offenses of Receiving Stolen Property and Concealing Stolen Property, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1713, in the District Court, Kay County, Case No. CRF-75-137.
