Defendant, Lewis D. Ter Bush, appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to vacate a default judgment entered in favor of plaintiffs on June 25, 1975. The default judgment in question ordered that all rights of the defendant to certain real estate were terminated and that plaintiffs were entitled to full ownership and control.
