Defendant Anthony Hardemon was indicted for rape and kidnapping. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 11-1 and 10-1.) Also indicted were Robert Dotson for rape and Jackie Jenkins for deviate sexual assault. After a bench trial, Dotson and Jenkins were found not guilty and defendant was found guilty of the offenses charged against him. He was sentenced to four to eight years for rape...
