Defendant, Scott M. Huber, was convicted of the traffic offense of improper overtaking on the left in violation of section 11-705 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-705), following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Will County. He was fined $20 and assessed court costs of $15.
