This is an appeal of a judgment of the District Court in favor of Georgia Pacific Corporation, plaintiff-appellee, and against Ardenwood-Melrose, Inc., Wayne D. Swenson, A. E. Probst, Ardenwood Enterprises and American Liberty Insurance Company, defendants-appellants, awarding the plaintiff $14,643.84 as the amount due under a contract of sale entered into by the plaintiff and defendants plus interest and costs.
