Defendants appeal from the action of the trial court in granting plaintiff's motion for judgment in accordance with her motion for directed verdict following a jury verdict for defendants. Plaintiff, as executrix of the estate of Henrietta Pursley, brought her action against defendants to recover principal, interest and attorney's fees on two promissory notes executed by defendants and payable to Ms. Pursley.
