Ronald Royce Lundy appeals from the district court's dismissal for writ of habeas corpus. Finding no merit in his contentions, we affirm.

Lundy filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus on July 29, 1976, while he was a prisoner at the federal minimum security prison in Texarkana, Texas.
