This is an election contest case. The Commissioners' Court of Denton County, Texas, canvassed the returns of a local option election held in the incorporated City of Denton, Texas, and declared a majority of the qualified voters within the City voted "For the legal sale of Beer and Wine" and entered orders appropriate to the declaration and findings associated therewith.
