HARRIS, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of assault with intent to murder and the Court sentenced him to twenty years imprisonment in the penitentiary. He was found to be indigent and attorneys from the Public Defender's Office of Tuscaloosa County were appointed to represent him. He is in this Court with a free transcript and trial attorneys were appointed to represent him on appeal. At arraignment, in the presence of his attorneys, he pleaded not guilty and not guilty...
