Plaintiff has brought an action alleging age discrimination by defendant under 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and has sought further relief pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1985 and 1988, alleging that defendants conspired to deprive plaintiff of his civil rights.
