SPENCER, Justice.

Defendant, Larry J. Stephenson, after a jury trial, was convicted of manslaughter in the death of his infant son. He prosecutes error, alleging the insufficiency of the evidence, the admission of certain photographs, and an excessive sentence. We affirm.
