Plaintiffs in this cause are the beneficiaries of a trust established in the will of their grandfather, Antonio Mora, on September 30, 1928. Defendant, Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago ("Continental"), has been since 1929, and is presently the trustee of the aforementioned "Mora trust."
