Plaintiff (Appellant) appeals from judgment dismissing his suit against defendant (Appellee) for damages for alleged loss of income, loss of equipment, deterioration of health and humiliation and embarrassment reputedly caused by Appellee's breach of a lease of the Magnolia Restaurant in Hammond, Louisiana. Appellee reconvened for alleged delinquent rent, which claim was rejected by the trial court inasmuch as the judgment is silent with respect thereto...
