Williams (Williams), a former employee of Jeffboat, Inc. appeals from a decision of the Review Board of the Indiana Employment Security Division reversing a referee's grant of benefits under the Indiana Employment Security Act.1 Williams claims that the finding of the Board is both contrary to law and unsupported by the evidence.
