The defendant appeals under G.L.c. 278, §§ 33A-33G, from his convictions on two indictments charging the crimes of murder. The indictments were tried together and they resulted in verdicts of guilty of murder in the first degree for which the defendant received two sentences of life imprisonment in the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Walpole to be served consecutively.
