YOUNG, Justice.

This is an appeal from a rear end automobile collision case in which a take nothing judgment was rendered based on jury findings. Appellant, Elena Salazar, along with her husband, Benito Salazar, brought suit alleging that the automobile in which they were riding was struck from the rear by a loaded pickup truck driven by appellee, Robert Hicks Hill, III.
