Judgment, insofar as it imposes sentence, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to impose a minimum term of four years and a maximum term of 15 years on the first count, and unanimously modified, on the law, to impose a minimum term of 2 1/3 years on the second count, and otherwise, judgment affirmed.
