Rehearing Denied December 14, 1977.

Writ granted. The trial court is ordered to allow inspection and scientific testing by defendant of the evidence intended for use by the state as evidence at the trial under the court's supervision, See L.C.Cr.P. art. 718.

SANDERS, C. J., dissents from the order issued but would order an evidentiary hearing to determine whether the quantity of the narcotic left is sufficient to permit further testing.
