OPINION

SUTIN, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals a summary judgment granted defendants arising out of an intersection automobile accident that occurred in Albuquerque. We affirm.

This is just another intersection accident involving issues of negligence, contributory negligence and last clear chance. However, defendant James R. Lewis also claims that summary judgment was proper because of a release executed by him to plaintiff, Carmen Catalano, and Delora...
