Defendant was charged in a two-count indictment with the crimes of reckless endangerment in the first degree and assault in the third degree. After a trial he was found guilty of reckless endangerment in the second degree and assault in the third degree. He was sentenced to a term of six months in the county jail on each crime to run concurrently and a fine of $500 for each crime. This appeal ensued and he raises several issues urging...
