In separate proceedings, the respondents herein, Edward Joshua Butler and Louis F. Zuccaro, were involuntarily committed to the New Hampshire Hospital pursuant to RSA ch. 135-B (Supp. 1975). They were each found by the Probate Court (Cushing, J.) to be "in such mental condition as a result of mental illness as to create a potentially serious likelihood of danger to himself or others" and were committed for a period not to exceed ninety days
