This is an appeal from the district court, Valley County, which affirmed a wage decision by a hearings examiner in favor of Loraine Horner.

Carlyle M. Garsjo, employer, is the owner of the Rainbow Motel in Glasgow, Montana. In mid-summer 1974, he hired Loraine Horner, employee, to operate the motel.
