This action was brought by Plaintiffs-Appellants pursuant to 11 O.S. 1971, § 530, to correct the plat of Carr Acres Third Addition (Carr Third) to the Town of Newcastle, McClain County, Oklahoma, which plat Appellants contended contained an error in the legal description.
