Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction entered by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis on a jury's verdict finding him guilty of first degree murder in accordance with the felony murder statute § 559.007, RSMo Supp.1975. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment.
