Defendant was found guilty of violating the controlled substances act, MCLA 335.341(1)(b); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(b), and MCLA 335.341(1)(c); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(c), by possessing with the intent to deliver, phencyclidine (PCP), lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and amphetamines on the first complaint and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver on the second complaint. Defendant appeals as of right.
