BOWEN v. BOWEN

No. 76-15.

347 So.2d 675 (1977)

Jeanne BOWEN, Appellant, v. Alfred BOWEN, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

Rehearing Denied July 27, 1977.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Sinclair, Louis, Siegel & Heath and John L. Zavertnik, Miami, for appellant.

Bridges & Dorsy, Coral Gables, for appellee.

Before PEARSON, HAVERFIELD and NATHAN, JJ.

PEARSON, Judge.

The appellant wife has brought this appeal from a Final Judgment Dissolving Marriage and has presented six points on appeal. The burden of all of these points is that the evidence does not support the award to the wife of only rehabilitative alimony for two years and a one-half interest in the marital residence with the burden of the mortgage payments and all the taxes and maintenance. See Brown v. Brown, 300 So.2d 719
