Mrs. Joyce Hensley, appellee, filed this trespass to try title suit against appellant, Thomas Cleveland, to recover title to approximately two acres of land in Big Sandy, Texas. She claimed title through Sallie Turner whom she alleged had perfected title to the land by adverse possession. Appellant Cleveland was the holder of the record title.
