This is an action upon a written contract whereby plaintiff was to furnish recorded music to O'Brien's Restaurant and Lounge, which was operated by defendant, B.O.S. Enterprises, Inc. Plaintiff sued the corporation and Phil O'Brien, the president of the corporation for breach of the agreement to pay for the services. The corporate defendant will be referred to as defendant.
