The Attorney General brings this appeal from a judgment in Superior Court granting the motion of the defendant National Board of Young Men's Christian Association (the board) for summary judgment.

The Attorney General had sought an injunction in Superior Court to prevent the diversion of certain trust funds from their use in Newport, Rhode Island, to the general armed forces activities of defendant board throughout this country...
