The Court is faced once again with the difficult task of interpreting an indemnity provision. The Plaintiff, Eastex Incorporated, asserts that under the provision in question, it is entitled to be indemnified by the Defendant, Stebbins Engineering and Manufacturing Company, for damages arising from the Plaintiff's own negligence.
