(Employer), and its carrier, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, from the decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's decision ordering compensation for a thirteen-month period excepting and suspending approximately one and one-half months thereof, and thereafter suspending...
