PRENTICE, Justice.

Defendant (Appellant) was convicted of murder in the first degree (felony), Ind. Code (Burns 1975) 35-13-4-1 and of armed felony (robbery), Ind. Code (Burns 1975) 35-12-1-1. He was sentenced to life imprisonment upon the murder count and to imprisonment for a term of thirty (30) years upon the armed felony count, the latter sentence to commence at the expiration of the former. His appeal to this Court presents the following issues:
