Moss, had failed to prove that the relationship of employee and employer existed between petitioner and the respondent, John Parris, d/b/a Sandwich Iron Foundry, on the date of last exposure alleged in petitioner's application for adjustment of claim for compensation under the Workmen's Occupational Diseases...
