ROBERTS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for attempted burglary. The jury assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior convictions, at life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections.1

The appellant contends that the indictment was defective, that the enhancement paragraphs failed to give him proper notice, and that he could not be sentenced under a verdict that failed to state whether the jury...
