BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, Johnnie Joe Wells, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Rogers County, Case No. CRF-75-81, for the offense of Robbery With Firearms in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 801.
