This diversity action arises from an alleged rape on April 11, 1969, of plaintiff, Nicole Graboi, by a doorman employed by defendants Kibel and Levinson.1 At the time of the incident, plaintiff was visiting her father, also a named plaintiff,2 who was a tenant in the defendants' building.
