Baron Baird, Jr., as plaintiff, filed a motion for judgment in the trial court against Dodson Brothers Exterminating Company, Incorporated (Dodson), defendant, seeking damages alleged to have resulted from Dodson's breach of a contract to control certain wood-eating insects on Baird's property.
