Appellant, Frank V. Nunnelley, shot and killed his wife, Flossie L. Nunnelley, on August 23, 1974. He was indicted for first-degree murder, and he entered a plea of guilty to manslaughter. Adjudication was withheld and a term of probation imposed. The decedent died intestate without any lineal descendants.
