This is an appeal from the entry of deficiency judgment against the debtor after the secured creditor conducted a private sale of secured interest in the collateral. The trial court found the parties had stipulated that the form of notice of sale was proper1 and in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code, 12A O.S. 1971 § 9-504(3).
