Citizens National Bank of Beaumont brought this suit against the Zobo Corporation as maker of a note and Walter Cook and Patrick Morgan as guarantors on the note. Plaintiff alleged that the note was in default and sought payment for the balance due. Zobo Corporation filed a plea in abatement on the basis that it had filed for an "Arrangement" under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act. The "arrangement" is still pending in federal court and no final decree...
