The defendant, Eddie Mitchell, was indicted and convicted of burglary, along with codefendants, Donald Mitchell and Stanley Madison. After trial, Donald Mitchell and Stanley Madison were each sentenced to not less than 5 nor more than 15 years in the penitentiary.
