Plaintiffs-appellants Dawn M. Enyart (Dawn) and her parents, William F. and Patricia M. Enyart (the Enyarts) commenced separate actions in the trial court, which were consolidated prior to trial, seeking damages for injuries sustained when Dawn's bicycle collided with a vehicle driven by defendant-appellee Kline Blacketor, Jr. Trial was had before a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of Blacketor.
