Ghulam Mohammid Nasim (appellant) was brought to a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County on three two-count indictments.

In indictment 51980 it was charged in the first count that appellant "did wilfully and maliciously set fire to and burn the dwelling house of Charles Leroy Heim, located at 105 E. Burke Avenue, Towson, Maryland," in violation of Code Article 27, § 6.1...
