YOUNG, Justice.
This is a suit based upon fraud and undue influence for cancellation of a deed conveying real property. Trial was to the court without a jury. Upon findings of fact and conclusions of law, the trial court rendered judgment ordering the deed, promissory note, deed of trust and vendor's lien cancelled.
