OPINION OF THE COURT
PER CURIAM.
On March 29, 1974, following a non-jury trial, the appellant, Lee C. May, was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and the possession of an instrument of crime. After denial of post-trial motions, appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of eighteen months to five years on the former conviction and sentence was suspended on the latter. This direct appeal followed.
