The plaintiffs appeal from an order of the district court dismissing their complaints on the ground that the court had not acquired jurisdiction over the defendant. While the plaintiffs filed separate complaints, each alleging cause of action for fraud against the defendant, the ruling complained of by the district court is common to each case and is dealt with here as though it were one appeal.
